These Terms of Service explain the rules for using this website and for working with us. The Gozza Gap is a brand of Gozza Consulting Inc., a Florida corporation based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean Gozza Consulting Inc., and "you" means the person or business using this site or hiring us.
By using this site, booking a call, or hiring us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. If you have a question about anything here, email hello@gozzagap.com or call 561-559-8200.
We are a business improvement consultancy. We help business owners find where time and money leak out of the business, then help them close those gaps. Some of that work involves artificial intelligence tools. AI is something we use. It is not what we sell.
We bring experience and judgment to your business. We do not promise a specific result, a specific amount of revenue, a specific amount of time saved, or any other outcome. Every business is different, and results depend on things outside our control, including the decisions you make, the effort you put in, your market, and your team.

You may read this site, share links to it, and use what you learn here in your own business. You may not copy our content and republish it as your own, scrape the site, try to break into any part of it, upload anything harmful, or use the site for anything illegal.
The Gap Call is a free 30-minute conversation. Booking one does not make you a client and does not obligate either of us to anything further. We may reschedule or decline a call.
Scope. Before any paid work starts, we put the scope, the price, and the timeline in writing. That written agreement or proposal, together with these terms, is the whole deal between us. If the two ever conflict, the signed agreement or proposal wins.
Payment. Payment is due as stated in that agreement. Unless it says otherwise, payment is due before work begins. Payments are handled by our payment processor, and their terms apply to the transaction itself.
Refunds. Our work is delivered as thinking, analysis, and time, so fees are generally non-refundable once work has started. If you are unhappy, tell us and we will work with you to make it right. Any refund terms specific to an engagement will be written into that engagement's agreement.
Credit. Where we say a paid assessment fee is credited toward future work, that credit applies to the engagement described in the written agreement. It is not redeemable for cash.
Ending an engagement. Either of us can end an engagement in writing. If you end it early, you are responsible for the work done up to that point. If we end it early, we refund any fees paid for work we have not performed.
Our work is only as good as the information we are given. You agree to give us accurate information, respond in a reasonable time, and make your own final decisions about your business. You are responsible for running your business, for the decisions you make, and for following the laws and rules that apply to you.
